The YVT050WVR-H01 is a 5.0-inch high-performance TFT-LCD module
developed . It is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, and
a backlight unit, with a resolution of 800×480 pixels and support
for up to 16.7M colors, ensuring clear and vivid visual output.
Adopting a normally black, transmissive display mode and IPS
technology, it provides an all-direction viewing angle (ALL
O’Clock), allowing users to get consistent display effects from any
perspective. It uses an RGB interface for fast and stable data
transmission, suitable for industrial control, consumer
electronics, and other display applications. Equipped with 18 white
LEDs as backlight, it achieves 500 Cd/m² luminance for good
visibility in different light environments. This product accords
with RoHS environmental criterion, meeting environmental protection
requirements. With an operating temperature range of -20℃ ~ +70℃
and storage temperature range of -30℃ ~ +80℃, it can adapt to
various harsh working and storage environments.

The YVT050WVR-H01 LCD module ensures reliable electrical
performance. In terms of power supply, the input voltage (VDD)
ranges from 2.8V to 3.6V (Typ. 3.3V) under Ta=25℃; when VDD=3.3V,
the input voltage 'H' (VIH) is 0.7VDD to VDD, and 'L' (VIL) is 0 to
0.3VDD. The current consumption in sleep mode (ICC2) is 0.03mA to
0.09mA (tested in 1×1 chessboard pattern). It can operate within a
temperature range of -20.0°C to 70.0°C and be stored in a
temperature range of -30.0°C to 80.0°C. For humidity, when
Ta<=40℃, the maximum relative humidity is 85%RH; when
Ta>=40℃, absolute humidity must be lower than the humidity of
85%RH at 40℃. Additionally, color tune may change slightly with
temperature and driving voltage, which is a normal phenomenon in
use.
For the backlight unit, under Ta=25℃, the supply voltage ranges
from 16.8V to 20.4V (Typ. 18.6V), and the supply current (If) is
typically 60mA (each LED current is 20mA). A LED drive in constant
current mode is recommended to ensure stable backlight performance.
It's important to note that if the module exceeds absolute maximum
ratings (such as VDD input voltage beyond -0.3V to 3.6V, or LED
current over 20mA), it may become permanently damaged; using the
module beyond electrical characteristic conditions will cause
malfunction and poor reliability, and VDD>VSS must be maintained
during use. Users should also ensure grounding when handling the
module to prevent static electricity damage.
